Children's Reading Festival

This year's Children's Reading Festival will take place on Saturday, April 16 from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday, April 17 from noon to 5 pm. The theme is Once Upon a Fairy Tale...A Tribute to Hans Christian Andersen.

Pan African Bookfest and Cultural Conference

Wags & Tales

Wags & Tales is designed to improve reading skills and give children a unique way to practice reading. Each child can read a story one-on-one to a friendly and gentle dog from the Humane Society’s Pet Facilitated Therapy program. Preregister to attend a class by calling the individual branch.
