Databases from the Florida Electronic Library (FEL) are funded under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. They are administered by the Florida Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services. If you live, work or go to school in Broward County, you are eligible for a card to access the databases remotely.
