TaxFax (For use with a
fax machine)
IRS
TaxFax Service: Call 703-368-9694 from
your fax machine, not your desk, wall, or portable
telephone. You can request an index of forms and
current year federal tax forms.
Once
you call TaxFax, you must be able to pick-up the
telephone with your fax machine. Then, you will
need to choose English or Spanish instructions.
You will also need the catalog number to select
the form or you can request the index inlcuding
all forms and catalog numbers sent to you via
fax. A selection of catalog numbers is below.
After selecting the form, remember to follow the
directions and press start to have the form faxed
to you.
